I love how the lights here behave like you would expect projections to behave, except they way they interact in three dimensional space and bodies is fascinating! They're not bounded by screens and because the light comes from behind the figure it creates interruptions in the image caused by the figure instead of a projection being warped but overlayed onto the figure. I would totally be down to experiment with this technology!
That light show was awesome. Prior to seeing this, I had not considered lighting as something that I would be interested in working with but I am a believer now. Interactive lights with improvisers - that could be sweet
